Volunteer Information

If you applied last year and were approved to be a volunteer, you do NOT need to reapply.  If you wish to volunteer this year and were approved last year, the district MUST conduct a criminal background check each year.  Please click on the link below, complete the Criminal History Record Information form and return the form to Human Resources.  You may mail the document or email the form to  [email protected].

If you are not sure if you were approved last year, you may contact Human Resources at 903-663 -8000 ext. 8200 to verify or at  [email protected].  If you have not applied in the past, please click on the Volunteer Application link below and complete your application.  Upon approval, you will be notified.  The respective campuses and organizations will be notified of your approval by Human Resources.
